It was all about learning to express what wants to be expressed — emotionally, mentally, and physically. Steve encouraged us, and sometimes almost pushed us, not to hold anything back. To stop suppressing emotions, impulses, movement, sounds, tears, anger, fear, joy, truth. It was confronting and challenging — but also full of transformational potential. A possibility to meet and integrate the shadow within us.

Most of the work happened in the water. Water became the medicine: a mirror, a womb-like space revealing what is hidden beneath the surface.
